Helen is great! She will always search out the best solution for your travel needs - her cheery, persuasive manner clearly gets her the best deals and often free room upgrades (which is always a bonus). I remember one year we we made a last minute booking and Helen even personally delivered the tickets to the Go Kart track where we were having a day out - talk about client care!
