We are just back from a wonderful holiday in Greece, thanks to Amanda. This was our first holiday abroad as a family of three and Amanda took care of every detail. From an initial chat on the phone where she had invaluable advice on the types of resorts that would suit us, whether to go half board/full board and how much hold luggage to book, I felt reassured. I decided to look at the website for a counsellor in my area which resulted in me phoning Amanda. I have never used a service like Amanda's before, priding myself on using Trip Advisor and online booking. However I wanted to book a Cunard cruise and had found dealing direct with Cunard a bit tiresome in the past so thought I would try Amanda. What a great decision! She organised everything speedily and efficiently and called me direct if there were any queries. She even got us the upgrade we were looking for. I cannot recommend her more highly, she is massively efficient but really friendly and knowledgeable too. Amanda Barrett Travel Counsellor organised the trip of a lifetime for the wife and I to go to New York to watch our daughter and her school choir sing at carnegie Hall. This was a once in a lifetime trip and one we felt required a bespoke travel arrangement. I contacted Amanda for help in booking a cruise departing Southampton in October 2015. The booking is made, including the coach travel from Preston to the Port of Southampton and flight returning from Barbados to Manchester.
