With over 34 years in the travel industry I look forward to being able to become your personal Travel Counsellor.
Having been in the travel industry for the past 34 years after actually never wanting to become a travel agent! I have been fortunate to travel to many destinations including Europe, North Africa, Caribbean, North America, Dubai, Malaysia and South Africa and Australia. I have experienced cruising in the Med and the Caribbean. My favourite personal holiday was taking the children to Lapland in search of Santa and our amazing family holiday to Australia in 2017. My future travel wish list is extensive with Thailand, Sri Lanka and Hong Kong being just some of the destinations I am yet to see!
Travel Counsellors prides itself on its customer service levels, and this is one of the main reasons that I joined them. Customer services to me is paramount to the success of my business and this is shown in the 100% score that I achieve from my customers reviews. I love to travel but also love to book other people to travel, hearing about my customers holiday when they return and how they have enjoyed their trips.

My flights from the US were cancelled last week. Immediately Becky took steps to re book me a flight home. She kept me informed all the way as to what was happening and kept me calm! She is such a star and I can’t praise or thank her enough for the effort she puts into my bookings with her and all the work she has to do afterwards- this wasn’t my first time where flights to or from the US have been cancelled.

We contacted Becky due to partners recent diagnosis of MND and my concerns regarding going away. Becky came and listened to what we wanted and took every detail and planned a holiday with the reassurance of all adaptations been added. Becky was extremely reassuring with our booking and made me feel at ease and ready to go away. I really thought we wouldn't get abroad again let alone a hotel stay and cruise. Becky your worth your weight in gold.

We have booked our last 4or 5 holidays with Becky, she is so helpful and professional nothing is to much trouble for her even when flight companies go bust whilst your away, everything gets sorted so you can sit back and enjoy your holidays, we wouldn’t use anyone else unless Becky was off work ill or something, the ratings don’t go high enough for her.

I go to Becky for all my travel requirements and have done so for many years. Becky is superb. She knows exactly what I am looking for in a holiday and she always comes up with fabulous options to choose from. She also provides the best service in terms of preparing you for your holiday, right up to the day of your departure and is on hand for anything you might need assistance with whilst you are away. Becky has been great to deal with. She had been accommodating and was always more than happy to do tweaks to our holiday and even change of destination, even if it meant more work. She was also very informative on all the details, which included a full breakdown. One of the best things/features that Becky also offers, is the additional information with a personal touch. She adds tours and things to do within our itinerary, to ensure we get the most out of our holiday! All great stuff when you haven’t been to country before… just a really good personal touch.

first class service, keeps us well informed and feel safe when abroad as she is always in touch making sure everything is ok and keeping us up to date (when covid was coming and planes were not flying, we were the last plane out of Barbados and she more than kept us up to date and made sure we got home safely) she has kept us well informed with our trip to Dubai, helping to re schedule and looking after out interest, I have recommended Becky to friends and family and have no hesitation in this as I know they will be well looked after just like us. As you can see I cant rate Becky highly enough, she is worth more than a 10!! she goes above and beyond

Trying to look for a holiday with a large group number and finding accommodation isn’t the easiest but she got back to me within the shortest amount of time and handled everything for me!
