I cannot think of anything else I would want to do, I have worked in the travel industry for over 24 years, I launched my business in 2019 and with the amazing support of Travel Counsellors my business has grown to be very successful with many repeat clients and 5* client testimonials
I have been lucky enough to have travelled to many places across the world, these include many European destinations, Sri Lanka, The Caribbean, India, the Indian Ocean, cruising and skiing to name just a few. Having first-hand experience of a destination is key when planning your perfect holiday.
As well as having travelled myself I have created many exciting adventures for my clients these include an amazing tailor-made 6-week trip starting in Japan to New Zealand to Thailand, A tour of Malaysia, Safaris, Cambodia and Vietnam, Florida, Australia and New Zealand and many European holidays.

To help me find your perfect holiday, I always ask for a phone consultation before I start to look. After our initial phone consultation, I take time to research your holiday, taking into consideration your likes, wants and needs and work with you to find and create your perfect holiday, if I dont get it right the first time I will keep looking untill I do. As your personal travel agent, I work from home with no distractions and am always just a phone call away as well as being available by email or on messenger if this is better for you.

Very happy with the service I received from Bianca Whalley. From the first telephone call, when Bianca listened to my wish list, she came up with a wonderful week away and recommended a fabulous hotel, which in our opinion was the best-positioned hotel in the area. Amazing friendly and efficient service! First time booking through Travel Counsellors for us and Bianca didn’t disappoint! We explained our ‘brief’ for a last-minute mini-moon idea and were given a few options to choose from location and price-wise. We chose Santorini and it was just incredible in every way!
Bianca made booking a break so stress-free for us at that crazy busy time pre-wedding - only a few conversations were needed to organise, book, and pay for our perfect mini-moon, at convenient times for us. All of the necessary documents were printed and delivered to us, as well as sent electronically. The bottle of bubbles was an extra special touch!
Bianca also messaged to check in with us on our arrival, while we were away and on our return. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for better service or a more perfect mini-moon! Thank you so much, we will be recommending you to others!

This is the easiest 5* review I have given.
We booked our holiday to Barcelona with Bianca Whalley and would recommend her highly. Nothing was too much trouble, she was attentive, friendly, prompt, and very knowledgeable,
I felt like she was my very own personal assistant, I would message her every time I had something on my mind, thinking she would reply during office hours but my replies came straight back! The booking process was stress-free and simple, Bianca checked us in, booked our seats, sorted our transfer, and produced a wonderful itinerary
Once in Barcelona, Bianca contacted us with the transfer details and checked we were ok, she then checked in with us again to update us on the transfer back home again.
We have already booked our dream holiday to Australia with her, and would not hesitate to book more.

Magical South African Safari
We booked our South African Safari with Bianca Whalley. This isn't our first bucket list holiday booked with her.
Bianca knew it was on our list and found this amazing trip for us. The lodges at The Sebatana Private Reserve are gorgeous. The food, staff, and Safari drives are just incredible. Bianca as usual saw to everything for us, we didn't have to worry about a thing. Her service to us and the holiday itself were both first-class. We'd love to return there one day. And of course. Bianca will be in charge of our trip.

something special for our 30th wedding anniversary
I was looking for something special for our 30th wedding anniversary. Decided on a river cruise down the Nile but wanted a hotel stay afterwards. Thankfully I found Bianca Whalley, she listened to what we were looking for and understood. The fabulous trip she arranged for us was something I could never have imagined, it was perfect in every way. We had a 3-night stay in Cairo a week cruise then a relaxing 4 nights in Luxor. Every aspect of our journey was booked/managed to perfection. Will recommend Bianca 5*

Holiday of a lifetime ??
We gave a brief to our Travel Counsellor ,Bianca Whalley, regarding budget , countries to visit but with an open request for a suggested itinerary. Within a few days, a plan had been put together, by Bianca, and forwarded to us. The detail of her response gave us the greatest confidence that we had chosen the right travel company to deliver.
This holiday from the 31st of January to the 18th of March was a bucket list idea to cover the three countries, Japan, New Zealand and Thailand that enthused us. Our ages of 74 and 63 meant that this was to be a holiday of a lifetime with memories to be cherished for the rest of our lives. Our experience totally rewarded in every aspect and this must be acknowledged with our thanks to Bianca and the backup team that TC must have provided.
We will have every confidence in recommending your company in the future.

Iceland adventure

South Africa/Zambia Trip
We explained to Bianca we wanted to go on a safari and to visit Victoria Falls. Following this Bianca stayed in touch throughout her search and shared the options. The final itinerary was shared which was explained fully to us before departure. The process was straightforward, efficient, Bianca's communication was great, she also coordinated all the arrangements with African Connections.
The holiday itself surpassed all our expectations, the flight connections and pick ups all worked with the hotels were great, with final experience, the safari, just incredible, the lodge, food, drives and staff were first class.
We would definitely recommend her and use Bianca's services again, she was attentive, communicated everything with us and listened to what we wanted, what she had organised was well beyond what we expected. Thanks so much.

Greece family holiday
When we started to look at holidays for my family. I was told about Bianca Whalley. At first, I was not interested and decided to look myself. There were quite a few of us going as a big treat for us and our family. After a few days of trolling through all the different hotels, I decided to give Bianca a call. From then on everything was taken out of my hands. She took over everything, from finding us the most fantastic hotel and to making sure we had everything we wanted. Much needed getaway
I have booked with Travel Counsellors several times now. Have not been disappointed throughout the Pandemic. This year left it very last minute to book a much-needed holiday. We have recently returned from a trip through Singapore and Malaysia. We gave Bianca a rough idea of the places we wanted to visit along the way and she did the rest. We moved on to a new place every couple of days, our transfers were smooth, tour guides met us everyday to show us around and ensured we experienced everything available, our hotels were amazing, everything that Bianca had booked for us was absolutely perfect and so well organised. Bianca helped us book our first ever cruise that we have just returned from. She was great right from word go looking into lots of different holiday options before we settled on the cruise, I was very indecisive yet Bianca continually reassured me it was no bother she was happy to keep searching to find my perfect holiday. Once booked she helped us arrange excursions and other pre-cruise extras. She was also great at helping us understand all the pre-cruise COVID rules. Bianca found us the most amazing week away in the UK, we were looking for a family and dog-friendly break within a budget, with the criteria of just needing to look at a different four walls post lockdown and spend some quality time as a family. Bianca found us a number of options within our budget and once we selected the preferred option, the booking process was so smooth. We have just returned from our week away and we can’t thank Bianca enough, it was perfect, perfect location, beautiful house and all the information Bianca found for us re what to do in the surrounding area was invaluable. As a working mum during lockdown, I definitely didn’t have the mental capacity to pull the week away together. I can’t recommend Bianca enough, she made the process so smooth, really cared about what we wanted and took all the pressure off the process. We will definitely be using Bianca again when we can hopefully go further afield.

I contacted and asked Bianca to look into some ideas for a great, energetic but equally relaxing family holiday here in the UK. Loads of communication, ideas, and suggestions came back from her, clearly showing her listening to our requirements. We promptly then booked a Hoseasons holiday in Somerset through Bianca, where we then had access to a very self-explanatory app detailing our trip, the itinerary, and payments that needed to be made.
Bianca was very flexible, easy-going, and was always there to answer any questions that may have cropped up. Even down to the last day before we checked in, she sent a message ensuring we were ok offering that personal touch and ensuring attention to detail.

After spending too much time online trying to rebook our cancelled honeymoon, I asked for recommendations for help on my Facebook and Bianca was recommended multiple times so I got in touch. She took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for and soon found us the perfect honeymoon that's ticked every box and some. Bianca sent us locations I hadn’t even considered, beautiful hotels, and took into account all the little extras such as extra luggage and transfers so the price quoted was everything we needed rather than optional extras. She went out of her way to ensure the options were accessible due to me having mobility issues which I’m sure made things tricky.
