Sound familiar? We all need a break from work, right?
Well, that’s not my world. People love talking about holidays and travel so much, it’s even used as a conversation starter in some arenas (Hairdressers, anyone?). So, it’s common for me to ‘talk shop’ outside of work. It’s a pleasant topic and I even meet new clients from these interactions.
However, there are 3 questions that crop up regularly and questions you may have even wanted to ask yourself:
“Doesn’t everyone just book holidays online now?”
The answer to that is, no, because I offer something the internet can never provide:
Personal service.
I work with people who want to be safe in the knowledge that they have someone who cares deeply about their trip. I have worked with them, using my expertise, to find the right holiday that fits their specific needs, and now they have someone to rely on if they need further assistance. I’m always available, with a 24/7 team behind me, to ensure that we find the right solution, not excuses, if the unexpected happens. It’s a full end to end service. Not a chat bot.
Scouring the internet for holidays is not always easy, very transactional, and important info is often tucked away in small print that can be easily missed. If you like to book this way then, probably, I am not for you.
“Are all holidays protected now?”
I think it’s great that people are more alert to this, but many people still fly and stay without the right protection. Needless to stay, everything I book is 100% financially protected. No if’s, no buts.
“Can you get me a cheap deal?” (often accompanied with a wink!)
They really mean ‘good value’ and, yes, value for money is a hallmark of what I do. Everyone has different budgets, and I’m well placed to know how to get the best value from whatever that budget might be. I work with a vast network of travel providers and every one of them goes through a vigorous contracting process before they are deemed suitable for my clients.
Talking travel is fun but when it comes to making a booking, that’s when it’s best to take the process seriously...and with a professional.
