Latest example of David's experience, knowledge and hands on approach is the following. We decided on a holiday to Orlando a week last Monday for five people including one 11 yr old. Rang him with the dates and a few ideas of our own. He was back to us the following day with three quotes. We decided to arrange a family trip to Singapore to mark my 50th birthday. It was a bit last minute, and I contacted David roughly a month before we wanted to go. Having been before I had an idea about which flights I wanted and the best area for the hotel. Timing was important as we had to fit in with school half term. David was absolutely brilliant. He got us on the flights we wanted and gave us several hotel options. The hotel we chose was excellent. David had also organised transfers. We were met by a great driver in a really smart car. What was great was the "personal touch". I knew exactly who I was dealing with and who to contact if there was a problem (but there weren't any!). David had spoken to the hotel who could accommodate our early check-in and gave us a 4pm check-out. It was a bit risky doing such an ambitious trip, at short notice on a tight timescale but thanks to David and the team everything worked perfectly. When you set off on holiday you want confidence that things with work and that you've got "back-up" if you need it. And we certainly had that. And on top of all that, the price was very competitive. I'd searched the internet and this was the best deal, and unlike the internet where you don't know who you are dealing with, I knew I could talk to real people who take great trouble to get things right. I would thoroughly recommend David and the Travel Counsellors team for anyone looking for a great service for business or leisure travel. Thanks for giving us a great holiday.

We first contacted David in 2009 on recomendation from a friend. We needed a hotel with certain requirements and as we had not been on holiday for several years, we did not want to take a chance on being disappointed with our selection. David's recomendation exceeded our expectation - it was fantastic! In fact I text him while on holiday to tell him how delighted we were. David has been our Travel Counsellor for the past 6 years. He has taken excellent care of us and takes a genuine interest in our holiday experience. He has extensive knowledge of a wide range of holiday destinations. David is extremely helpful and takes away the pressure and stress of planning a holiday. In May 2011 we went on a very special holiday travelling on the Orient Express to Paris. David not only booked the travel and hotel but the day trips and a meal up the Eiffel Tower.

I was given David's contact details via friends at my workplace who had used David before and was highly recommended. I dropped David an email and from then on, it was plain sailing throughout the whole process. I gave David an idea of where we would like to stay and our price range. David came up with a number of options to choose from and gave us advice based on reviews he had from previous customers. We chose to stay at the Las Dalias (Iberostar) in Las Americas, Tenerife. It was a thoroughly enjoyable week and knowing that we didn't have to worry about anything with regards to paperwork and booking the holiday let us relax and look forward to the holiday. I highly recommend David and will certainly be using his services again.

Last year David Griffin arranged our flights to Orlando, Florida. Unfortunately while we were there the volcano erupted in Iceland and we were uncertain whether our flight back to the UK would be operational. He responds with experience and committment and over the last few years has organised many memorable breaks both in Europe and further a field. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, you can change your mind during the process and David will accommodate your requests. David always has a wealth of knowledge about virtually any area that I have approached him about, whether that's car hire, flights or attraction tickets, whether travelling to Europe or going much further afield for the holiday of a lifetime! I'd probably say that planning a holiday for 8 competes strongly in the stress ratings as moving house! David has been our personal Travel Counsellor 'extraordinaire' for many years now. Arranging anything from flights to a full on, 8 person family holiday to our favourite Disney resort in Florida. He made it sooooo easy! What impressed us most about David was when he was the 'knight in shining armour' when grandma and grandad had passports, money, jewellery stolen out in Tenerife. They hadn't even booked their holiday with him! Yet he pulled out all the stops by immediately advising and assuring them on what to do in these circumstances. Making many calls on their behalf. What a star ! What more can I say. Thanks David ! Where shall we go in 2012?

We have been using David for several years now and have always received excellent service. Initially it was only for car hire. The cost through David was half of what we would have payed had we gone direct to Budget in America. The second occasion was when we were booking a party of 8 to fly to Orlando. David saved us £60 per person. Not only that but we were able to book seats of our choice with no extra charge. Since then every holiday or travel arrangements have gone through David. We have recommended him to many friends who have all thanked us for passing them on to him. If you think about all the hours spent online checking this site or that and find it extremely time consuming then just ring David for a hassle free experience saving time, stress and money.

I wanted to go on a Caribbean cruise with my partner, I contacted David and told him where I wanted to go and how much I wanted to spend. I left everything in his hands and later that day he contacted me with the ideal holiday, at the right price. I told him that would be fine and left all the details for him to sort out. Just a note to say David is absolutely wonderful, he is kind courteous patient and understanding. He planned our trip to Dubai and the Maldives and he got it spot on, we told him our likes, dislikes and general requirements and the holiday could not have been more perfect. Living in Spain makes it a little harder to co-ordinate everything but David was always only a phone call away. I have recommended him to various friends with differing holiday requirements and they have also been very satisfied. I wouldn't dream of booking a holiday through anyone else.
