I have over 20 years of travel experience, including arranging all types of holidays and breaks from UK short trips to multi-destination holidays and cruises.
I have been fortunate enough to travel to many destinations on my own holidays and educational trips. I have visited various short and long haul destinations and have travelled on-board many cruise ships.
Experiences like these give me excellent knowledge for planning your perfect getaway.
I joined Travel Counsellors just over 11 years ago and I'm amazed at the tools available to offer my customers the excellent customer service I feel they deserve.

Emma is very knowledgeable and helpful which provides a confidence that everything is covered when booking a holiday with her. Had a brilliant experience with Emma when she planned our holiday to NYC to celebrate my 21st birthday. A lot of family members and friends have used her before and still continue to because of the fantastic service. She has now planned mine and my partners first holiday abroad, getting us a fab deal and being very patient with us as we were both very fussy and picky! Everything has been very organised and so easy to access and view. Since booking our holiday and few people have been amazed at how good our service was with Emma, so have asked for her details to use her themselves!

I always recommend Emma to friends and family, shes very friendly and easy to talk to. Any problems shes on them straight away, if any changes need making she does them straight away. She's always honest about destinationd and recommends what she thinks would suit the type of holiday we r looking for. What can I say about Emma...She's a star!!!
We booked a holiday (1st in 12yrs) with Emma last year but unfortunately I had a stroke therefore couldn't go. This happened before we got travel insurance so we decided to change the dates instead of cancelling the holiday. Emma was so helpful and was a great support to us through the terrible terrible time. We came home from our holiday yesterday and are looking forward to booking another holiday with Emma soon.

Couldn't think of anything more that what Emma has done for us. All we have to do is turn up for our holiday whether it be a cruise or a city break everything is impeccably organised. Our experience has always been 10 ++++

Emma is friendly and efficient, this year she has booked for us a 3 night break to Venice, a 3 week holiday in America and a 2 night theater trip to London. Will definitely look to Emma for next year's holidays.

Booking a holiday through Emma Collier has been a great experience. Emma is an extremely friendly person and although we have only had phone contact it has been like discussing our holiday plans with a friend. Emma Collier was our Travel Counselor who has gone above and beyond what was ever expected! Email replies were always instant, polite and very efficient! Nothing was ever too much trouble. She never once seemed pushy and had a vast amount of knowledge about our desired destination. We have in fact booked two holidays through her.
