Hi, thanks for looking at my page! I'm Fiona, a Travel Counsellor based in Maghaberry and I'm so happy you've taken the time to look at my page.
I've been working in customer experience for 18 years and have a passion for ensuring every customer gets the highest level of service every time!
I absolutely love travel and have travelled extensively all over the globe including Cuba, Hong Kong, Iceland, Kenya, Thailand and Zanzibar to name just a few! My absolute favourite to date has to be Kenya - what an experience that was!
Being a Travel Counsellor allows me to combine my love for travel and customer experience into my day job and have access to some fabulous partners and suppliers all over the world! This also means you can save hours of planning and organising as you'll let me do all that for you - more time for you and your family!
Enough about me though what I really want to know is all about you! I truly believe that every holiday is and should be unique for you to help create those memories that will last a lifetime! I feel very privileged to be able to be part of those memories. I can help with anything you need from city breaks and Christmas markets to Ski holidays, family holidays, honeymoons and everything in between.

Fiona was very attentive. She went out of her way to ensure we got booking our holiday the way we wanted it, paying attention to every small detail/tweak that we wanted to make. As well as this, Fiona got us an extremely good deal and great value for money. Her response time through Facebook was extremely quick, great customer service. Fiona delivered a first class service from our initial contact with her right through to our arrival home. She was always at hand to contact anytime.
