Frankie did a great job in putting together a tailor made trip to Portugal. We were nervous about travelling as we haven't travelled since Covid - Frankie was super quick to reply to all our questions, and also made great suggestions about how a 2 centre city break could work; she organised all the logistics including transfers for us and was also flexible when we wanted to change our accommodation to something that we found.
She sent us a fab tailor made dossier of our journey and went to a lot of trouble to make sure we felt supported and had all the info, this included maps to get to the nearest bus stop etc, which were very helpful. She also kept in touch whilst we were away to check in regularly and resolve any niggles we encountered. She got to know us and the kind of holiday that we wanted and took those factors into account at all times. Thanks Frankie for all your hard work and effort, we had a wonderful time!

Our travel counsellor Frankie goes the extra mile to make sure that all the hard work is taken care of when booking a holiday, travel accommodation, etc. The extra tips she gives us are always helpful & when it comes to the actual travel Frankie makes sure everything we need is on hand. It was a great pleasure working with Frankie to book our first family holiday. She took on board our requirements and presented with a good range of options. You’re simply the best!
We arrived home recently after a fabulous cruise in the Caribbean. We had an a amazing 2 weeks aboard MSC Seaside which is stunning ship & can only compliment you on your choice and advice with regard to opting for this cruise which more than met our expectations. Your assistance making all our travel arrangements and hotel accommodation was invaluable and have been when you have assisted us with previous holiday destinations. Nothing was too much trouble even when we had trouble deciding which cruise line and destination to choose, your helpful tips were just great.
We can only thank you for all your help, practical advice both before, during and even after our amazing holiday. We love both the new My TC app and the fact you always respond to WhatsApp texts or emails very quickly even when we were on holiday and requiring some advice. We always felt comfortable knowing that help was never far away should we require it.
We will look forward to booking future holidays with you and I am so pleased that my recommendations about you have been taken up and I have only heard positive feedback since.

We have used Frankie Lomas on two occasions the first being a trip to the USA visiting three cities and throughout meeting up with other friends who were travelling independently. Each leg of our journey went without a hitch and the hotels which we all stayed in were well situated and more than met our requirements. Our latest trip is to be to South Africa at the end of the year for my daughters wedding and once again Frankie has arranged for us to receive a great deal. Being an anxious traveller, nothing it too much trouble for Frankie and no matter what question I put to her, she just sorts it out in her totally pleasant and efficient manner. Should I be fortunate enough to be able to take another special holiday I would have no hesitation in requesting Frankie to arrange the booking.

I would like to say how exceptionally fantastic the service was that we received from Frankie Lomas. Ourselves and a large number of guests were in New York City for the wedding of Dai & Stacey Richards. The wedding was absolutely amazing and a complete fairytale day. The help that we received when we were stranded due to hurricane Sandy was second to none.
In a situation like this usually you would be stressed and worried but we had no need as Frankie sorted everything from transfers, flights, hotels and parking. Thank you Frankie for making our NYC exeperience stress free and enjoyable despite the circumstances, your organisation is second to none.

Myself husband and I recently travelled to New York to get married, we have booked a number of trips through Frankie and they have all been top class holidays with every detail finely tuned thanks to Frankie.This trip was no exception our wedding day was fantastic thanks to Frankie and colleagues. A few days after the wedding storm Sandy hit which led to flights being cancelled and Frankie was on the case to book flights and extra nights at hotel. We have just returned from Hurricane torn New York, we were there celebrating our friends wedding. Sunday night we realised we wouldn't be coming home on time, one text to Frankie Lomas and our troubles were over. She arranged extra nights in our hotel ( we didn't even have to change rooms) new flights and transfers. There were 12 of us in total and we know Frankie worked around the clock to take all stress away from us. I contacted Frankie whose was recommended to us by one of our family members as we were looking to celebrate my 50th birthday and my sister who was celebrating her 60th. We wanted to go away somewhere to mark both occasions and make them very special. Frankie found us this beautiful and amazing hotel in Venice.
She was extremely helpful and so very thorough in guiding us through every detail on how to reach our hotel via boat. Unbeknown to us, Frankie had already contacting the hotel and on reaching our destination, we entered into San Clemente Palace Hotel in Venice and we were served with champagne and chocolate strawberries. We have never ever been treated this way before on any of our holidays! She really went that extra mile to make our birthdays so very special and so memorable.
We can definitely highly recommend her to everyone for any destination and we look forward to our next holiday trip with her very soon.

Frankie was recommended to me by a colleague, I have to say I was quite sceptical having never used the Travel Counsellors before, but how wrong could I have been. Frankie arranged an amazing 4 night break in New York for my 40th Birthday, it had to special but not breaking the bank - she totally succeeded and even arranged for a room upgrade for us with a magnificent view of the Empire State Building. From start to finish Frankie did a fabulous job and we've already gone back to her to sort out the next holiday!!! :-)

I was looking to book a holiday to Thailand for my 40th birthday and felt I needed someone with specialist knowledge to help me pull it all together. Frankie was recommended to me by a work colleague. After explaining to her what I was looking for, she said she'd do a search and get back to me. I felt really bad that I kept tweaking the plans and sending Frankie off to rectify them, but she assured me that it was no problem and that she wanted to find me my ideal holiday.
On my return I called to let her know what a wonderful time we had had and she told me that she had emailed each hotel before we arrived asking them to treat us extra special as I was celebrating a special occasion. This was just another example of Frankie going over and above what I am sure would be deemed as the normal requirements of customer care.
I have already recommended Frankie to two other people and can't wait to book my next trip through her.
