Hi, I’m Gemma your personal Travel counsellor based in Essex. I can arrange bespoke tailor made holidays all over the world. As I am independent I am not tied to other tour operators so I am able find you the best holiday for you. I can also be available at times to suit you from evenings to weekends so you can reach me out of hours. I am enthusiastic, extremely organised and have great attention to detail.

My past careers have always been in customer service roles, so putting the customer’s needs and happiness first has always been my top priority to ensure I give the best service I can.

I love making memories with my family on holidays or breaks away, so I have experience travelling with young children both abroad & in the UK. I am lucky to have travelled to many places around the world such as the USA, Jamaica & Europe but my favourite I have visited has to be The Maldives.

We booked our family 2024 summer holiday through Gemma Cochrane, Travel Counsellor. As a full-time working Mum of two children, searching for holidays, trying to meet everyone's requirements whilst maintaining budget is extremely time consuming and I often go round in circles and procrastinate with myself, Gemma took this away from me. Not only does she do all the 'leg' work, list3ning to our needs, but she was also an amazing sounding board and council when discussing holiday options. Gemma's fantastic customer service did not end with the sourcing and booking of the holiday but continued right through our customer journey with her until we were safely back home following an amazing family holiday. Gemma also went over and above, I must have mentioned in passing that my husband and I were celebrating our Anniversary. Upon arrival at our hotel room, we were greeted by balloons, swans made from the linen, a welcome celebratory cake, which was a really lovely touch. I would not hesitate to recommend Gemma to others and use her again. A person with a genuine desire to deliver great customer service and ensure her clients have amazing holidays. ??
