Hi there everyone, I’m Hannah and I’m obsessed with travel, beaches, sunsets, food and great customer service. I set up my own franchise with Travel Counsellors in 2019 to bring back the personal touch and customer service missing from so many transactional holiday booking sites.
I’m based in south Manchester and mainly work from home although I can sometimes be found in the coffee shops f Sale and Altrincham tucking into a supersize coffee and slice of cake!
My passion for travel has taken me all over the globe and I’m lucky enough to have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world, in some of the most beautiful locations, such as the Maldives, Mauritius, Seychelles, Thailand, South Africa, Hong Kong, Dubai, Croatia, Greece, Spain, the Caribbean and Bali to name just a few!
My specialism is luxury travel, special trips, complex itineraries and honeymoons, however I can book pretty much anything – from Tenerife to Timbuktu, I’m here for you!
I don’t sell ‘off the shelf holidays’… I offer a travel concierge service, it’s completely bespoke, built by me, tailored to you. From the perfect family holiday in Greece to sharing your breakfast with giraffes in Kenya, I’ll carefully research every aspect of your trip, make sure it’s right for you, look after all of the booking process, documents, check in, and be on hand throughout your trip to answer any questions, make any last minute amendments or deal with any issues.
Along with that completely personal, bespoke service you’ll also be safe in the knowledge that your money is totally protected. We are fully ATOL certified and we also choose our suppliers very carefully to ensure you always receive the very highest level of service.

Amazing service - Hannah knows her market inside and out. We now have a great half term trip planned at the last minute. We originally booked our road trip in America honeymoon through a company that went into administration and asked Hannah to replicate the trip as best she could. Hannah went above and beyond and really took our welfare and our need to maximise our time into account. Hannah had so many great recommendations and we ended up with an even better itinerary than the original. Unfortunately due to COVID the honeymoon was cancelled and we haven’t been able to rearrange as yet but as soon as we are able to I’ll be getting back in touch to rebook. I couldn’t recommend Hannah highly enough!

Hannah has been great in helping me with an itinerary for a trek up Mount Kilimanjaro and a recovery stop afterwards. The speed of how she put together different itinerary options was great, we chopped and changed a couple of times but Hannah was so patient with us and made us feel comfortable and confident with our itinerary at each point. I cannot recommend her and her knowledge enough to anyone. I looked into this trip last year but two things stopped us; Covid and I just didn’t feel comfortable with who was helping us last year. I'm so glad I found Hannah and I’m sure there’s going to be more help we need along the way as it’s not a straight forward trip but I feel confident we'll get it from Hannah. Most importantly thank you ?? you're a star!

Having worked with Hannah in another lifetime I know what a perfectionist she is, I also know how much she loves a good holiday! I set her the task of arranging a luxury holiday to celebrate our 10th Anniversary and a landmark birthday and she hasn't disappointed!
Hannah put a huge amount of effort into finding the right location and perfect hotel for us and I can't put into words how excited I am to have confirmed our booking and to have something to look forward too!

5?? all the way...cannot recommend Hannah enough! Hannah booked our recent holiday to Dubai staying at the Madinat Jumeriah. When we first contacted Hannah, we weren’t sure where we wanted to go, we just needed to relax in the sunshine after a long stint apart as we work overseas. From start to finish Hannah was incredibly attentive. She is patient, helpful and honest! The booking process is so personal and tailor made to suit you. We changed our budget, destination and dates twice! This didn’t phase Hannah at all and almost instantly she provided another itinerary for us to view which can all be done via the app making it so easy to look at during a busy working day. From personal restaurant recommendations, documentation, transport, online check in, upgrades and preferences - Hannah sorts it all! Even informing us late one night of an available flight upgrade which she literally sorted within minutes! ?? The moment we reached our destination Hannah was touching base to check everything was all good, as well as during, and even a text when I’d landed to check we were back home safely. Overall perfect experience and will definitely be using Hannah’s services again. Thank you Hannah ??
