Hi, I’m Hayley – a Travel Counsellor with over a decade of experience creating unforgettable journeys. Whether it’s a bespoke luxury retreat, a thrilling adventure, or a memory-making family holiday, I specialise in crafting journeys that are as unique as the people taking them.

My love for travel began with a solo backpacking trip at 23 and has taken me all over the world. I’ve lived in Australia, trained as a divemaster, and completed more than 250 dives in some of the planet’s most breathtaking locations (from WWII shipwrecks to swimming alongside hammerhead sharks!) These days, I’m embracing a new chapter: family travel. It’s all about blending adventure, ease and a touch of luxury - my five-year-old has no idea how lucky she is :)

I genuinely enjoy getting to know my clients – hearing about their favourite destinations, swapping stories, and sharing ideas. Even after ten years in the industry, I’m always discovering new hotels, unique tours, and hidden gems. The best part?
