Having previously owned my own travel agency for 11 years, I have a vast amount of experience and knowledge in all aspects of travel, business and leisure from the UK to the Far East and beyond.

I can quickly search through hundreds of different flight, accommodation and transfer alternatives to find something to suit your needs exactly. Quite often this means I can build you a bespoke holiday, suiting your exact requirements, with better value than the standard holiday package you might get elsewhere.

Jay has helped us brilliantly with our holiday bookings and her support with problems during the holidays themselves has given us the necessary peace of mind to enjoy our trips. Recently she was able to book a good deal for us with a Fred Olsen Cruise due only six days later, on the day our CMV Columbus cruise to Iceland was cancelled (three days before sailing). The paper work and info. arrived to us on the evening of the booking and the next day, which even included vehicle parking. This is the service we really appreciate when so many other associated costs such as, loss of Travel Insurance were at risk. as well as the disappointment of loosing the trip at such short notice.

I have always received a first class service from Jay whether it be a minor enquiry or a complicated one. In particular she helped to organise a trip to visit relatives in New Orleans and her choice of hotel was second to none and very reasonably priced. I would like share our good fortune with everyone by sharing our perfect, personal travel advisor Jay Down. Over the last few years Jay has sent us to virtually every continent on the planet, we've seen the Great Wall of China, the Barrier Reef, had six great river cruises with Uniworld on many of the Greatest Rivers in Europe and had the treat of being one of the first to experience business class travel on the A380. In short we wouldn't leave home without her. She fixes all those little personal nuances we all have and even checks us in on the day of departure, oh yes. And she isn't any more expensive than the Internet. In a word fantastic!

When we go on holiday we like to get away from it all. We like to stay somewhere that is unspolilt by tourists. We don't like to be in big complexes surrounded by people. Jay has always managed to find us perfect apartments in perfect locations. Jay takes all the hassle out of trawling through pages upon pages of holiday brochures. She selects a handful of places she believes we will like, then when we have decided she deals with everything for us. So we really do have a stress free experience sorting out our holidays.
