Thank you for taking the time to visit my web site. My name is Karen Marsella, and I would like to become your very own personal Travel Counsellor. I absolutely love my job and have so much enthusiasm for what I do. I have recently moved to North Wales, where the mountains meet the sea, its a beautiful area, I walk the dog on the beach most mornings. I cover all of the U.K, I have customers all over, from Scotland down to the South of England.
Working from home gives me the edge on high street retailers, no more crowded town centres and as I am an independent travel agent I have so much more to offer you, a unique, hassle free, personal service for all your travel arrangements.
I have a wealth of knowledge in the travel industry with over 30 years’ experience and I will always offer you honest, helpful and practical advice. I have travelled to many different places in the past from Amsterdam to the Far East, so whatever you are looking for, it could be that wedding abroad you've always dreamed of, holidaying in the Med or a multi centre itinerary or simply just a business trip, I am just a call away.
My business is based purely on providing my customers with the highest possible levels of personal service and I would be delighted to assist you with your holiday plans. Travel Counsellors recognises that not everyone is free to discuss their travel arrangements during the working week. My company's award winning technology enables me to work from home and you are able to contact me at times when most other travel agents are unavailable including evenings and weekends.

We contacted Karen to find us an extremely late short break to the Canary Islands. We would ordinarily source and book our own holiday, purchasing flights and accommodation separately. However, we couldn’t quite find what we were looking for at such short notice, which was why we turned to Karen. Karen did an excellent job and the holiday met all our expectations. The hotel was fabulous and the upgrade to a Junior Suite (as requested by Karen) was a lovely surprise and really made our holiday. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Karen.

We've just returned from our holiday - the holiday of a lifetime, thank you so much for all the hard work you put in to making it happen so smoothly and be so brilliant! All the travel arrangements went to plan, we were met at every airport by really nice and helpful drivers and the trip to see the orangutans and turtles was fantastic as we had our own personal guide who was great! The hotel in Borneo was pure luxury, we arrived to find rose petals scattered on the bed and bath, a huge chocolate cake and some other bits and bobs - a fantastic welcome after our 15 hour flight!!
So, thank you so so much for making it a really special holiday and one we'll remember forever. You did a fantastic job of organising it and I will be recommending you to even more people!!!
