Hello and welcome to my web page, my name is Katy and I will be your personal Travel Counsellor, here to take away the stress and make your holiday dreams come true.
I started working in travel at the young age of 16 for a well-known high street agency, where I gained a huge amount of knowledge working in several stores as a sales advisor and as part of the management team, also spending summer seasons as cabin crew. I thrive on giving exceptional customer service and this has shown in my customer feedback over the years.
After starting a family of my own I joined Travel Counsellors giving me the flexibility to work around my family and yours, as I work from home in Rotherham I am always available to help with your travel plans at a time that suits you. If you would prefer to discuss your travel plans in person I
am more than happy to meet for a coffee in a local cafe.
Over many years I've been lucky enough to travel to many places including Spain, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Portugal, Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Egypt, Mexico, Dominican Republic, America and Canada. I have also been on several cruises in Europe, not forgetting many of the lovely cities we have in the UK and Ireland.
I can help you with all your future travel plans near or far whether it be a short break in the UK, flight only, cruise, ski, package holidays or tailor made itineraries, I will search through hundreds of flights, accommodation and transfers to find your perfect package and at price to suit you.
I can also arrange group travel for any occasion whether it be a hen party/stag do, birthday celebrations, a wedding abroad or specialist travel.

I've booked through Katy twice now and she always goes above and beyond to try and find you the right deal. With the recent close of business from Thomas Cook, Katy found us an alternative holiday within budget. As far as I'm aware, she was not only finding replacement holidays for myself but other people too.....and had been up since the early hours that day. I'd 100% recommend Katy and often mention her on social media to friends looking for holidays and flights. Definitely someone you need in your contacts list of travel agents.

Katy has been absolutely amazing! We cannot recommend her enough.
We have just returned home from our 7 night trip in New York which has been fabulous & wouldn’t have been possible without everything Katy did for us. She spent time in finding the best hotel for us booking all our flights, transfers to organising our New York attraction passes, bus tour, shows & finding out the best days to visit the different attractions. Katy fletcher has without doubt worked her socks off for us on our trip to New York. Not only was this a surprise for my daughters 16th (no pressure) I worked in travel for 15 years before becoming a home maker and am told I have very high expectations! . Had the most amazing and relaxing day with my husband. This hotel is beautiful, I really can’t thank Katy enough for finding us the best most perfect honeymoon hotel eve. We have always booked our holidays with Thompson’s and we always felt safe but never 100% happy, after my mum booking Mexico, me and the girls booking Marbs and now mine and my hubbys honeymoon we will never turn back.
