Travel Counsellors continue to monitor the status of the ongoing wildfires in Los Angeles. As of 24th January 2025, at least 28 fatalities have been confirmed, and thousands of homes have been destroyed. The Palisades Fire, the largest among the ongoing blazes, has scorched nearly 24,000 acres. Firefighters have been battling hard to bring the fires under control, and they are now largely contained:

Upcoming travel plans to Los Angeles
If you’ve booked with a Travel Counsellor to travel to Los Angeles before 28th February 2025, and your accommodation is within a damage-affected area or under evacuation orders, you will be contacted to discuss your options. You’re also welcome to reach out to your personal Travel Counsellor at your convenience. For bookings outside affected or evacuation zones, your travel plans can proceed as planned.
