My name is Louise Webster, and I have been running my own travel business for 24 years
Whether you're looking for a UK break to London or a trip to Australia, I can help you plan your perfect holiday.
I offer both package holidays and tailor-made trips, specializing in bespoke holidays. Additionally, I have experience with cruises and can provide information on those as well.
I have travelled to many different places around the world, from the USA to Canada to the Far East, and various countries in Europe.
If you're looking to plan a holiday, I offer a personal service that can be done either at your home or at my office in Formby near Southport in the North West.

My sons dream trip to as to visit Rome, he is severely disabled but loves Ancient History. After a let down with an airline in 2022 he was anxious about booking another trip.
3 years later, lots of medical set backs, he wanted to get it ticked off his bucket list.
I immediately contacted Louise for help.
Louise went above and beyond to help us plan the perfect lads only trip for him and his carers.
She co-ordinated with several hotels, and airlines, booked flights, spent many many hours researching and finding all the right equipment that he needed.
We can’t thank Louise enough for all she’s done to make his dream trip come alive.

I would like to say how much Louise Webster firstly found out everything about what I required then very quickly put everything together about the destination and got the information to me by email once we talked it through then followed this up with a phone call to make sure the email arrived and I could open the attachment and view my information .After giving me time to view the information she followed this up to see if there was anything further we needed to know or required about anything. Louise has been more than helpful in sorting out a stressful problem for my wife and I who have had to cancel a holiday due to unforeseen medical problems. In a day or two she has secured a new holiday when I will be fit to travel where we were due to stay, in high season at not a lot extra. We've had several holidays over the past few years that we've booked through Louise and all I can say is wow! Nothing is ever too much trouble for her and she always goes above and beyond to try and get you exactly what you want. Our last holiday was in Thailand, we were staying in a Hotel in Bangkok when the demonstrations started....right outside! When our transfer to the airport, for our onward leg of our holiday, couldn't pick us up even the hotel couldn't find a replacement for us, we emailed Louise and she had another vehicle booked for us within 20 minutes! What a life saver! It's always a good feeling to know that you've got someone like Louise in your corner when your away from home.

Just back from two back to back cruises from New York. All booked by Louise and as usual everything went perfectly. In fact I've never had any problems with a holiday that Louise has booked. In fact she has even helped me out once when I had problems with a holiday I'd not booked with her. You can't get better customer service than that. Just want to say a massive thank you to Louise. After a really bad experience with planning our wedding in the UK we made the huge decision to cancel it and go abroad. Louise organised a weekend away for my wife Sue and I in London. We had a fantastic time due to no small exent Louise's excellent organisation.
We had fantastic seats at the theatre (Sue had wanted to see Lion King for an age since we missed in on broadway), a very good hotel in the heart of Covent Garden (perfect location) and great travel to and from London. Excellent, thanks Louise.

Louise has been booking our holiday for a few years, now she is now looking after my grandchildren she as booked for 3 grandchildren up to now this year all so my daughter and granddaughter who are going to Canada, one granddaughter her honeymoon, My son was very ill last year so we had to cancel going to Canada she did that but book for my daughter and granddaughter to come over so she could see her brother then managed to get a flight for us to go back to Canada with them we could not have manage with out all her help the good thing is you all way speak to the same person, she so helpful and a lovely lady keep up the good work louise

We have had Louise organise our group ski trips for a number of years now and have been delighted with her service.
A large group of skiers have a lot of differing requirements and Louise was very patient in making sure that everybody booked the correct equipment, lessons and childcare etc. I would definitely recommend her services for a ski trip.

All you have to do is telephone her and your arrangements are done over the phone,no hastle like having to sit in a travel agents!!.

Having dealt with Louise for almost ten years she has never let us down. Always a pleasure to deal with and provides the upmost care and attention to your requirements. Back in early 2011 myself and my husband decided that we were going to take some time out and travel around the world for three months. We arrived home last week. Louise was recommended to us by a friend and I sent her an initial email outlining our plans. From that day onwards Louise was fully on board and was absolutely meticulous in the planning of our trip. Because of her vast experience she was able to suggest places to go and things to do. With the internet providing too much choice for us, Louise was a saviour in finding us the perfect holiday in the Maldives. She provided an excellent personal service and with 6am replies to emails, nothing was ever too much trouble. Even making a change to our return flight once we were already away was handled without hassle.

Louise has helped us to plan our holidays and done everything she could to make sure we had a good time and when we had to cancel she went out of her way to help us. She even booked a flight so my daughter and granddaughter could come over from Canada, then found us a flight so we could go back to Canada with them. What I do like is when you book with her you are talking to the same person, if you have problem its not passed to other people then you have to explain your problem all over again. Louise pointed out that it was beacause the flights were £50 less as the agent was using an airline ATOL would not cover. I'm glad we took Louise's advice as this airline went bust this year, (the cheapest usually isn't the best value).

She organised transfers for us on a multi-destination holiday and saved us a fortune in both time and effort.

While I was in Spain I heard that there was an air traffic controllers strike. The honeymoon you arranged for us in Kenya was just brilliant. The Voyager Beach Hotel in Mombasa was lovely, the staff were all very friendly and helpful and our room was clean with a gorgeous seafront view. The food was excellent and there was always an superb selection of dishes to choose from. he safari was excellent also. We were able to see elephants, zebras, cheetas, girraffe and lions.

What an amazing trip – Just got back from the Seychelles (in the Indian Ocean). The flight wasn’t too bad – I watched 3 films and we were there! Just 9 hours 30 mins from Heathrow with BA. We were met at the airport by our ground handlers and transferred to the Constance Ephelia. A lovely welcome with cold towels and a little cocktail. I was there in March and the weather was very hot and humid.
