Customer Blog: Our June Getaway to Croatia and her Islands

When we decided to book our holiday I searched online but found websites really difficult to navigate especially as we wanted some different options.

Lucy had a really good chat with us before recommending a couple of ideas before we decided where to go. The whole process was made really easy, and we especially liked it that as there were two of us travelling together, we could make separate payments through the Travel Counsellors app to split the cost up.

Lucy printed all our paperwork off for us and gave us a ticket wallet, so we were ready to go.

Croatia was just beautiful, it was easy to get around, the food was lovely at our hotel and the people friendly. English is spoken everywhere. We were brave and tried a local restaurant one night and sampled the famous black risotto (this is squid ink and cuttlefish!). Croatians islands are ideally placed to try out different experiences and getting to the mainland again is simple on the ferry - so you can still explore the main city.

We are really looking forward to booking our next adventure with Lucy!
