Hello and welcome to my page!

My name is Lucy, and I would love to be your personal Travel Agent, helping make your holiday dreams come true. I work from home in Hertfordshire, where I live with my partner, Jamie, and our six-year-old daughter.

I have worked in travel for over 16 years, specialising in bespoke, tailor-made holidays and tours, particularly to Mexico, where I spent 12 years learning from the legendary Cathy Matos. I’ve travelled extensively for both work and leisure, including my own honeymoon, and Mexico holds so many special memories for me. I would love to help you create the same unforgettable experiences in this beautiful country.

Although I have extensive knowledge of Mexico, I cover worldwide destinations – whether it’s a luxury beach break, cultural itinerary, honeymoon, or adventure holiday. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to travel to destinations across the world: the Caribbean, India, Africa, Europe, the USA, Thailand, Iceland, Cape Verde, The Maldives, and more. I’ve enjoyed incredible experiences, from safaris in the Masai Mara to cruising in the Caribbean and exploring Walt Disney World. More recently, I’ve shared my love of travel with my daughter in Montenegro, Disneyland Paris, Croatia, Morocco, Turkey and most recently my adored Greek Islands, hoping she will develop the same passion for exploring the world.

Aside from travel, I love spending time with family and friends, and I have a passion for finding new restaurants wherever I go to satisfy my love of good food.

I would love to get to know more about you so I can plan your dream trip and take all the hard work out of it for you. By discussing your thoughts, wishes, and desires, I can create a holiday tailored to your every need. I am passionate about providing the level of service I would personally expect, offering a bespoke and personal experience for each client.

After a challenging year, I asked Lucy to find a place with enough space for a baby to safely crawl around—and wow, she delivered! This hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were incredibly well looked after. Since we were celebrating my daughter’s first birthday, the hotel went above and beyond by having a beautiful cake waiting in our room on the big day! We’ll definitely be returning, as the whole experience was truly special. I was also unsure about the airline at first, but once again, I was taken care of from start to finish. Traveling alone with a baby isn’t easy, but I was shown so much kindness and support—right from check-in to help with luggage, and even little treats for both Harper and me! You have made the trip perfect! Honestly every stop and hotel has suited the occasion. I can highly recommend Lucy, she did a fantastic job finding my ideal holiday in Crania, Crete, which was 100 percent a match to my requirements . Lucy managed the entire process from start to finish, and saved me the trouble of doing anything at all apart from turning up for the holiday !
