My name is Lucy and I would love to be your personal Travel Agent and make your holiday dreams come true. I work from home in Hertfordshire where I live with my partner Jamie and our four-year old daughter.
I have worked in Travel since leaving college and fulfilled my passion for the next 14 years before taking a break to open a restaurant (another passion of mine…food!!) and then raise my daughter. Travel is where my heart is so I am back to take care of all your travel needs and help you make some amazing forever memories around the world.
I spent 12 years specialising in bespoke tailor-made holidays and tours to Mexico and learnt all I know from the legendary Cathy Matos, I have travelled extensively throughout Mexico for both work and leisure including my own honeymoon. Mexico holds so many special memories for me and I would love to help you create the same everlasting memories in one of the most beautiful countries in the world. Although I have extensive knowledge of Mexico I cover worldwide destinations whether it’s a luxury beach break, cultural itinerary, honeymoon or an adventure holiday – in fact, any type of holiday.
I have been extremely fortunate and have travelled to numerous locations throughout the world. As a child I was privileged enough to visit many destinations such as various Caribbean Islands, India, Africa and many of the beautiful European cities bursting with culture. I also had some amazing experiences such as safaris in the Masai Mara, cruising in the Caribbean and fun in Walt Disney World, Florida. This was enough to set my foundations to want to visit the rest of the world. As an adult I have continued to explore the world and visited America, including New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Chicago, plus Thailand, Iceland, Cape Verde, The Maldives and more stunning European destinations. In recent years I have taken my daughter to Montenegro, Corfu, Morocco and Turkey, I am hoping she will share the same passion I have to see the world.
Aside from travel I love spending time and travelling with my family and friends. My hobby is finding new restaurants wherever I go to fulfil my love of good food!

After a challenging year, I asked Lucy to find a place with enough space for a baby to safely crawl around—and wow, she delivered! This hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were incredibly well looked after. Since we were celebrating my daughter’s first birthday, the hotel went above and beyond by having a beautiful cake waiting in our room on the big day! We’ll definitely be returning, as the whole experience was truly special. I was also unsure about the airline at first, but once again, I was taken care of from start to finish. Traveling alone with a baby isn’t easy, but I was shown so much kindness and support—right from check-in to help with luggage, and even little treats for both Harper and me!
