The efficiency, care and attention to detail throughout ensured our holiday was exceptional and went without a hitch. The planning was detailed and every need was listened to and responded to. This was followed by checking that all was as required with 'tweaks' as necessary. The final meeting was to go through all of the paperwork we asked to be printed off, on a day to day basis. This gave absolute reassurance and helped us to know exactly what we were doing.
The patience and professionalism of Melissa ensured that the whole planning process was enjoyable and nothing was too much trouble for her. She responded speedily to any questions or queries and instilled confidence in us that all was in hand. It was reassuring to have a contact actually in the States while we were away but also to know that Melissa was happy to be contacted too.
We were so impressed with Melissa and the company she represents we have already asked her to begin planning our next adventure. We know that we are in safe hands.
