My travel consultant Michael Stevens is amazing. I tell him where I want to go on holiday, how long for, my budget, and just like magic he comes up with options. All my criteria is met every time. This year I really wanted to go to Lake Como Italy but I thought this may be too expensive so I also asked Michael to price up the Scilly Isles. To my amazement Lake Como was a lot cheaper than the Scilly Isles. Before committing myself, I asked so many questions as I really could not believe I was getting such a good deal. It was a wonderful holiday one I will always have fond memories of. Everything was perfect the hotel the area the food the people. Michael took all the stress away of trying to organise everything, as I did nothing apart from packing my case and getting on the plane. He is a true professional and has always come up with the perfect holiday within my budget. I would never waste time trying to find a holiday myself as it would take me a lot longer to research the different places. Michael is definitely the way forward with the most experience and the most cost effective. Thank you.

It was our first time going to Euro Disney and Michael made sure everything was organised and provided us with information you wouldn’t get from a standard travel agency. It was thanks to him we had such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend on both price and service.

Michael arranged a holiday for myself, my husband and two friends. It was a two city break in the USA. My husband is disabled and the booking was by no means straightforward! Michael listened to all our requirements and was meticulous in planning the holiday. Whilst on holiday things started to go wrong, from a delay at the airport, my husband was involved in an incident in one of the hotels, a train breaking down making us 4 hours late, resulting in a transfer having to be cancelled, and there was an error by a hotel which resulted in an unsuitable semi- adapted room being allocated to my husband. I contacted Michael in relation to all of these events, some as they were happening, and every time he was there for us, either making phone calls/emailing people to update them of our situation or giving advice when it was needed - all this with a 5 hour time difference. Even though we are back home, he is still helping us and giving advice whilst we work through some outstanding issues. We cannot fault the service or praise Michael highly enough for the personal attention we have received. We would recommend Michael without hesitation.

Contacted Michael about booking a 5 night stay in Capri, for myself and partner. He was quick to send me plenty of options. This included all my transfers from the airport, to the port, and then for a ferry to take us to Capri. This made organising our holiday a lot easier. The hotel and location that Michael chose was spot on. I’d highly recommend using Michael because he organised our whole trip with no issues, and was always keeping us updated. We will definitely be using him for future trips. Also the Travel Counsellor app is a nice touch. Provides you with all the information and documents needed.

We have just returned from a six week holiday in Sri Lanka ,Vietnam ,Cambodia and PerthWA. My wife and I would highly recommend booking with Michael. I would just to thank Michael for arranging our once in a life time trip to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Micheal arranged everything for us, it really was one call to him, we told him what we wanted and everything was taken care of. We then went on to Dubai for a few days, which we didn’t have to worry about anything. We always use Michael for booking our holidays and have never been let down or unhappy with the service he provides. Great clear communication throughout and will go beyond to find you the best deal at the hotel and destination you want to visit. My partner and I recently got married and Michael took care of our honeymoon arrangements. It completely took the pressure off and it was nice having one less thing to organise in a pretty chaotic couple of months. Everything was taken care of flights, transfers etc and all we had to worry about was getting to the airport. After a smooth flight and transfer we arrived at our accommodation and were instantly congratulated, greeted with champagne and instructed that our room had been upgraded.
