I became a Travel Counsellor so I could give my clients the service that they deserve! Travel Counsellors is the UKs largest independent travel company. I have access to award winning technology and to hundreds of reputable suppliers. As I work from home, I can be available outside conventional office hours, at a time to suit you, even if that is evenings or weekends. We can meet or I can contact you over email, phone or Skype.

I have worked in a high street travel agency for 17 years and travelling is my passion. Some of the destinations I have travelled include: the Canaries, the Balearics, Disneyland Paris, Greece and her islands (Skiathos being my personal favourite), Malta, Turkey, Cyprus, Dominican, and Barbados, which I loved. I also spent some time in Australia visiting Sydney, Melbourne and Hamilton Island. Then there's Dubai, which I love, after many visits I feel I could live there.

My experience extends to cruises, and I have been on-board many ships including the Royal princess, the Independence of the seas and the Celebrity eclipse.

I'm committed to finding you the perfect holiday. Don't be trawling the internet, let me do the work. I enjoy researching, and as I am not tied into selling any particular supplier or product, I can offer the holiday and price that suits you!

Whether it is a family holiday, a luxury break, flights only, a honeymoon, a city break, a cruise, or a tailor-made escape, I can give you my personal advice and recommendations.

With Travel Counsellors it’s all about personal service, so I will be more than happy to go that extra mile. There’s no limit to what I can help with. I could perhaps pre-book seats, and add passport information. I can help with all the little admin jobs that you normally have to remember to do, so all you need to do is get excited about your holiday, and pack!

Having just returned from a 4 month solo trip around SE Asia and Russia arranged by Michelle, I would like to say a massive thank you for everything. A huge undertaking (for us both!) The logistics weren't the easiest to arrange at times, but Michelle worked tirelessly to ensure I could visit all the locations I wanted to and everything was booked and arranged for me everywhere I went. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, which was inevitable given where I was travelling to, with typhoons delaying flights etc. but I was so fortunate to have Michelle on the end of the phone to help me with any problems - Even at 2 am when I was calling from Japan! I have booked all of my trips through Michelle for the last few years and I never consider going anywhere else. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you for EVERYTHING once again, I don't know what I would've done without you - You're the best!

Michelle has helped us plan and book a few of our holidays over the last few years, from Mexico to Greece to an all American road trip and many more. Nothing is ever too much hassle and she makes sure that the holiday is tailor made to fit your preferences. Everything feels personal and she really listens to what you want to experience from the country and resort to make sure you bring back the perfect memories. Overall there is no one else I would like booking my holidays but Michelle. Exceptional service all round from start to finish.

Just back from a fantastic week in Cyprus.. however would not have been so fantastic if I had not had Michelle to help out once again! We missed the flight out! Within minutes Michelle had us another flight booked for later in the day and a taxi to Leeds airport waiting outside Manchester airport.. When we arrived at the hotel Michelle had rang ahead to inform them we would be late ensured we had a great room and complimentary fruit and wine in are room.. once again the best service.. Travel Counsellors moto is so true when booking with Michelle- It is definitely personal! I'd recommend Michelle to anyone.. Thank you once again!!

We have just returned from an amazing 2 week family holiday in Royal Sunrise Makadi in Egypt. What can I say, we contacted Michelle to price up a different holiday but she recommended this hotel so on Michelle's recommendation we booked. We couldn't have asked for anymore the hotel was absolutely amazing and far exceeded our expectations. Michelle also exceeded our expectations adding the personal touch all the way through and even adding on extra baggage for us the night before we went. Michelle has been absolutely amazing in ensuring I had the perfect itinerary for my holiday. I went to Michelle with a very vague idea of what I wanted and she put in so much effort to ensure I got the best price and content for my tour of Borneo. She relentlessly amended quotations and itineraries and found all the information I needed until I was happy with everything down to the last detail. On behalf of myself and my new husband, we want to thank Michelle for organizing the best honeymoon a newly married couple could wish for! Michelle's professional approach and organizing skills are second to none. The entire holiday was a complete success considering we were away for 3 weeks with one train journey, three Hilton's, three flights, one cruise and a car hire. It was perfect!
