Taking a group to Iceland!

I have organized many group trips for clients, but this was the first time I took a group out and went with them. I admit, I was a bit nervous but really enjoyed it! We knew we were in safe hands with our amazing DMC, Obeo - truly the best people on the ground in Iceland. The threat of a volcanic eruption did not mar our trip as we changed the Blue Lagoon to Sky Lagoon and felt very safe in Reykjavik and on our trips. We knew that Obeo would not allow anything dangerous and Iceland is a country that monitors seismic activity constantly ensuring safety at all times. Highlights are the beautiful city of Reykjavik, The Golden Circle, snowmobiling, evening boat rides to see the elusive Northern Lights and a fabulous visit to the Sky Lagoon at dusk. I can highly recommend Iceland as a short break. Everything about Reykjavik is relaxed, cosy and feels so safe. Even though expensive, every meal out was exceptional - even in the food court we stumbled upon. Not a food court as you'd imagine, serving burgers and chips. These food courts served everything from Wagyu beef to authentic Mexican food and everyone raved about the food! I enjoyed taking the group to Iceland so much, I'm already planning the next one, so watch this space!
