Hello, my name is Michelle Wishart and I would like to welcome you to my personal website at Travel Counsellors.

I am based in the idyllic Shetland Isles where I have lived all my life. You will find me in Scalloway where I live with my partner Craig.

I have been in the travel industry for the past 34 years and have run my own successful agency until recently. I took the decision to join Travel Counsellors as the this is the way forward for the industry and I believe this will be beneficial to my customers for many reasons, including the highest level of customer service and reputation Travel Counsellors enjoy. Their award-winning technology makes it easy for me to find the perfect holiday. I am passionate about providing the best service to my clients.

Over the years I have visited Maldives, Jamaica, St Lucia, Barbados, Orlando, Majorca, Monaco, Italy, Turkey, Norway, Norfolk Broads. I have had the pleasure of a couple of cruises including being invited on the inaugural cruise from Rotterdam to Southampton of the Norwegian Pearl which was totally awesome! What an opportunity to see so much and unpack only once!

I specialise in both business and leisure travel. Travel Counsellors also offer a unique Bridal Registry Service which enables couples to have the chance to have their honeymoon paid for by their guests, instead of receiving the usual china, glass, pots and pans!

Very helpful. On one holiday I had to fly back because of a bereavement and she organised everything for me. I would have been stuck without her as I was unable to do anything because I could not concentrate. Since then I have booked my holidays (New York etc.) through her. Recommend Michelle to anybody.

I have always found Michelle excellent to deal with in all travel associated with my work, she is polite and always very helpful to explore all possibilities for the various flights and accommodation required for our business. We have quite a few foreign fishermen travelling but she does her best to find best value flights! I often book our personal family travel arrangements also with Michelle, as she gives all bookings great thought to find the most suitable and best priced flights etc. I would recommend Michelle and Travel Counsellors to all my family and friends!
