Hello, my name is Natasha Ashford and I’m your personal travel expert, based in Barry in the beautiful Vale of Glamorgan. Travel to me is not just a career, it’s in my blood.
I have 30 years’ experience of looking after people, starting my journey in an independent travel agency, before becoming a key consultant for 21 years with one of the world’s major high street agents.
My life as a travel agent has given me the opportunity to visit over 30 countries and experience many different types of destinations and cultures. I even chose to marry on board a cruise ship in the Caribbean; and my passion is to create wonderful memories through all types of travel and holidays.
I joined Travel Counsellors because I wanted to spend all my time focusing on you - my customer. My promise? I’ll find and create the travel experience that’s right for you - saving you the time and pain of trawling through pages and pages of holidays and flights; going the extra mile (and more) to make sure you get the perfect travel proposal.
As I’m an independent Travel Counsellor, I can source many holidays, flights and other travel arrangements, using my valued relationships with a wide range of suppliers to give you something quite unique.

Quite simply, I love a challenge. I love looking after people. I love the satisfaction of finding the right holiday. I love getting my teeth into a complex quote, a group booking, your wedding arrangements - anything and everything to do with creating special travel moments.
Above all, I’m here for you. I’ll look after you from the moment you contact me. So you can rely on me to ease your journey throughout the booking process and sort out all the arrangements before you travel. And I’ll also be here for you if you need me while you’re on your holiday; and when you return.
That’s all part of my personal commitment to you - and it’s also good to know that as part of a large and trusted organisation, every single holiday I arrange is 100% protected by ATOL or the Travel Counsellors Financial Trust.

Natasha has been absolutely exceptional, we had an issue with RCC changing the cruise massively but nothing was too much for her to deal with. Constant communication until everything had been re addressed. I would highly recommend her to everyone. An absolute credit to the company.
