My name is Pauline, and I am your Personal Travel Counsellor. I live in Wemyss Bay, Inverclyde, on the West Coast of Scotland. I live with my husband, our gorgeous daughter and our crazy but fun-loving Cockapoo, Harley.

My love and passion for travel started back in 1991 when I completed my Travel and Tourism course at college. Since then, I have had the full experience and opportunity to work in various sectors within this amazing industry. My travel journey has led me to working overseas as a holiday rep, before managing various resorts within summer and ski programmes. I have worked in many customer facing roles within many UK and Overseas airports, as well as working in the head office of some major tour operators, in their Operations/Duty Office and Agency Sales teams.

Most recently, I have worked as a Personal Travel Advisor arranging tailor-made short-haul and long-haul holidays, cruise and other adventure holidays, as well as your traditional package holiday.

I have travelled extensively to lots of destinations within Europe, Africa, North America, Middle East, Australia and the Caribbean. Alongside this, I have a wealth of knowledge in other worldwide destinations.

As your Personal Travel Counsellor, I specialise in a friendly and unique, one to one, travel service that suits you. I work from home, so I am available at a time that is convenient for you. From our first consultation until your safe return home, you will have direct contact with me, there are no call centres, no queues, no chat bots – just a seamless and personal friendly service.
