Just returned from a little trip to North Norfolk visiting with family. Our days were a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, exploring the gems this region had to offer. We spent days at the beaches and arcades in Hunstanton and Snettisham, the kids loved building sandcastles and paddling in the sea. We wondered round the charming town of Kings Lynn which was like stepping into a storybook. We strolled through the beautiful cobbled streets and along the banks of the Great Ouse River. We spent a day at Pensthorpe Nature Reserve! This place is absolutely stunning we loved walking around the different trails and spotting the many wildlife around. There is a great outdoor and indoor play area for the kids too which they loved playing at in the sunshine. We always love our time in Norfolk and can't wait to return!

In February this year we spent an amazing few days in New York City We flew with Virgin Atlantic out of Manchester and stayed at the stunning art deco designed New Yorker Hotel. We found the location to be perfect for us really close to Times Square and surrounded by amazing restaurants and shopping! We had a jam packed itinerary and made the most of every second (we were childfree this definitely helped). We walked all the way from Midtown Manhattan to the 9/11 memorial and spent a morning in there, something we will never forget, it was so powerful and moving. We took a guided tour of central park (on a day it was -15 I have never felt cold like it), our guide was brilliant he took us to all the famous movie spots, talked about the history of the park and surrounding buildings and got us some great pictures! We visited the Natural History Museum which has been a dream of mine since I was younger watching 'a night at the museum' and it did not disappoint, I could of spent the whole trip in there! We took a romantic stroll across the Brooklyn bridge, ventured to the top of the empire state building and took in the incredible views of the City and spent some time in the very busy and energetic Times Square before doing some much needed retail therapy in Macy's and the Harry Potter store which was magical, I highly recommend for any Harry Potters fans!! The suitcases were very full coming home! New York City truly stole our hearts. We'll forever cherish these memories!

Last month, we had an unforgettable family trip to Florida, where we had the pleasure of staying at the renowned Hard Rock Hotel at Universal. During our stay, we visited the enchanting realm of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter ?. What made our experience even better was the inclusion of ultimate express passes at the Hard Rock, granting us access to express lanes for most rides (with the exception of Hagrid's Motorbike Adventure). This invaluable perk allowed us to leisurely enjoy all the attractions while maximizing our time. The Hard Rock Hotel itself was an absolute marvel. The children were absolutely thrilled with its remarkable amenities, and our room was huge and really nicely done especially the kids bedroom ??. The pool area was nothing short of spectacular, featuring a DJ who provided an enjoyable soundtrack to our time spent there. The highlight for my son was undoubtedly the waterslide, which he rode over and over again. We had beautiful food and refreshing drinks that were served in massive souvenir cups ??. Stepping into the Wizarding World of Harry Potter was like stepping into a magical realm straight out of the beloved films. The attention to detail was truly impressive, immersing us in an atmosphere that perfectly captured the essence of J.K. Rowling's creation. Every ride within this enchanting realm surpassed our expectations, but personally, I found the night ride on Hagrid's Motorbike Adventure to be the pinnacle of our holiday experience. The sheer exhilaration and awe-inspiring nature of the ride left an indelible impression on me. I must admit that I even developed a preference for the frozen butterbeer, as it surpassed the warm version we had tried in New York ??. All in all, our time in Florida was truly magical, thanks to the exceptional Hard Rock Hotel experience and the enchanting Wizarding World of Harry Potter. We created memories that will stay with us forever, and we can't wait to return!
