We have just got back from an amazing holiday in Turkey, thanks to Robbie. After searching tirelessly for the right accommodation and destination with other travel agents, who were all telling us our specifications weren’t possible, he came up with the perfect result, and quickly! He went over and above when we arrived by contacting the hotel direct with a slight issue we had, and resolved it quickly for us. He was always a message away, and super quick to respond. Robbie was fantastic as usual helping me book a girly getaway to Majorca next September for 6 friends. When someone and a service comes highly recommended you hope that when it comes to your turn to utilise this particular persons expertise, you’re going to receive the same level of expectations. Obviously I haven’t been to Rome yet but it’s how I was led to my hotel choice by Robbie which has given me the confidence that I’ve made the right decision before even staying there. Attention to detail is key when you’re looking for a trip to mark what is a special occasion but also a significant milestone for my wife and myself. Hi Robbie We had a fantastic holiday!! The private transfer was there to meet us and we got to the hotel within 15-20mins. Our room was amazing - so close to the pool and we were well looked after by hotel staff. The food at Eden Andalou is plentiful and extremely delicious - loads of different options each day. We used the free shuttle to have a couple of trips into Marrakech to visit the souk and on our last evening went to Riad Kniza (which we would highly recommend) for dinner. Thank you so much for your brilliant planning, organisation and support - we’ve had a fantastic holiday and can’t imagine planning another one without your help! Many thanks Team Webb x

Hi Robbie, Once again we cannot thank you enough! As I have said in the past I have always been dubious of using anyone else to book our trips thinking I might be able to get it cheaper but the relationships that you have with the airlines and hotels proves that impossible and what stands out to me most is that you have travelled so much yourself your local knowledge of each destination is always spot on. When we arrived at San Francisco at the Hilton we was in the centre of everything and with two kids in towe one under the age of 2 that was so important to us. Virgin gave us an extra seat on the plane which was fab too as we didn't pay for that. I just honestly think your local knowledge of all these places pays off dividends especially when traveling such a long way with young ones so thank you once again and we very much look forward to booking with you for our next adventure. A big thank you for all your help both in booking our holiday and while we were away, it was a massive comfort knowing that you were at the end of a phone or an email away if and when we needed you and we did so thank you again. The hotels and excursions you book couldn’t have been any better and the flights were perfect, well other than one that the airline cancelled but that was down to a computer issue. We managed to get back to Manchester via Houston, Frankfurt and in Manchester eleven hours later than we should but still on the day we had expected to so we were happy. Caroline and I had an amazing time and I will be contacting you again once we know where and when we are going away again, few trips in our camper plans first so we can save up I think. Wow Robbie thank you so so much our holiday was absolutely incredible. Everything was truly magical we felt like absolute celebrities, they got your message that we were on honeymoon our bed had a message made out of flowers on it, we had someone playing the drums on arrival, flowers, champagne and even the sea plane pilots knew it was our honeymoon. They put champagne on ice for when we got in on the first night it was truly incredible. I've been on luxury holidays but nothing quite like this and everything ran so smoothly. I will definitely be coming to you next time we book, thank you so very much for making everything so personal and so reliable. I have always done everything myself in the past in fear of being ripped off butI couldn't recommend the service that you provided enough and you really couldn't be beaten on price, you made our honeymoon truly magical and for that we will be forever grateful. He's got great enthusiasm and he tells it like it is. If he can't beat a price you've found he says so, no BS. If you ask him for some quotes you get a good mix and he tailors his picks to what you've asked for, he doesn't just bombard you with rubbish you don't want. If he's over by a few quid versus a quote found on the web, he's worth going with because you are paying for the expertise. After all, that's his job.

what i liked best was Robbie’s quick response to everything I asked of him, nothing was too much trouble even when I was emailing him out of hours Robbie still responded. I changed my mind a few times about what holiday I wanted but this was all embraced by Robbie and he just kept on searching for our perfect holiday. Booked 2010 Christmas holiday last minute as we had been let down with the flights to Las Angeles owing to the severe weather. Robbie got us a great deal in Tennerife the hotel was good meals in the hotel were excellent would have no hesitation to book with Robbie again, told my sister about Robbie and they booked with him they were highly delighted and have booked with him again.

I have used robbie in the past for large group bookings of over 40 people and everything has gone witout a hitch. We have booked again with him for next year taking over 60 people this tme and i would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone. Robbie has organised my holidays for the last couple of years. He always goes that extra mile to help find an easy holiday for my Mum who cannot walk far. He even answered the phone to me last year when our plane to Gambia had been delayed for more than 18hrs and I couldn't get any information, he kept in touch with me until we arrived at our destination.

You have delivered exactly what you said you would deliver and put me and my wife at ease. We had a bad experience two years ago with Virgin holidays putting us into a sub standard villa and it spoiled our trip to Florida. We have previously stayed in Glenbrook and it was beautiful clean and modern, all other travel agents we tried could only supply allocation of villas on arrival and to us it was too much of a risk. I asked if you could arrange this for us to stay in a villa in Glenbrook, you have sorted it out for us we can not thank you enough!

Hi Robbie First day back today – tough! Just wanted to let you know our holiday was AMAZING! Fireworks in Sydney, climbed the Harbour Bridge, went to Manly, then up to Cairns for Reef and Rainforest. On leaving Oz we of course stopped in Singapore – the Fairmont Hotel is incredible – all 10’s for us. All hotels were fab – the one at Port Douglas was great – and right on the most beautiful beach. Just need to start saving for the return trip! Thanks for putting it all together for us – transfers all worked brilliantly too and on the way back to the UK we flew in the A380 which thrilled the kids! Hope all well with you – happy new year. Beautiful accomodation - this is the 5th time I have booked with Robbie at Travel Counsellors... his service is outstanding. He chose excellent flights and managed to allocate us in the newer block.
