Hi my name is Sue. I am based in the beautiful spa town of Harrogate and am married with two daughters in their early twenties. Together we have been lucky enough to travel all over the world – experiencing family holidays, luxury breaks and long-haul, tailor made excursions.
I have worked in several areas of the travel and tourism industry for over 30 years – from working in a high street travel agency (where I was constantly awarded as an ‘A’ performer), to providing business travel for a large corporate company, and even being a ground agent at Leeds-Bradford airport. All of these positions have helped me to achieve high levels of experience and exceptional customer service that I will be able to apply to your enquiry.
Having travelled extensively during my career, I have first hand knowledge of many destinations including Australia, the Far East, Fiji, USA and the Caribbean, amongst many European beach locations including the Balearics, Canaries, Cyprus, Portugal, Mainland Spain and Turkey. I also love going on European city breaks, my favourites being Rome & Prague, although having also visited Venice, Nice and Paris. I can certainly give you great tips on what to see and do in all of these destinations and the best ways of experiencing the local culture that surrounds them.

Sue is amazing and gave us Customer service at its highest level. We wanted to book a cruise and having never done one before needed guidance. We wouldn't use anyone else. Susan is extremely efficient, helpful and friendly. She always goes out of her way to help as she did last year when we went to the Isle of Man. On booking all the sea view rooms were booked, or so they said. Just before we went Susan rang the hotel directly and secured us 2 sea facing rooms which were lovely. That is service I would say! She is now a good friend to us.
