Hello, nice to meet you. My name is Katherine England. As a proud member of the Travel Counsellors family, I am privileged to be in a position to be able to arrange any type of holiday plans you may have, whether it be relaxing on the beach, cruising the oceans, thrill packed skiing trips, action packed family time, tailored trips around the world, visiting the man himself in Lapland, exploring city breaks worldwide, bespoke honeymoon packages just for you and of course fabulous UK breaks.
Thirty years of travel experience and the love of all new places started when I literally sailed around the world when I was nine years old on a merchant Navy container ship, which my father captained. Then with 20 years’ experience working for a well known high street travel agency in Penarth Town Centre where I have always prided myself on my exceptional customer service.
With me, it’s personal and nothing is too much trouble. I am available to talk through your travel plans at your convenience, which can include evenings and weekends. I want to make everything as easy as possible for you from booking seats on the plane, checking visa requirements and passport details, to being available when you are and not being restricted to 9-5 opening hours. For your peace of mind everything you book through me is 100% financially protected by the Travel Counsellors Financial Trust and ATOL. No ifs, no buts, you won’t find this anywhere on the internet.
