My name is Ben and I am an independant Travel Counsellor from Gatley, which is located ironically only 5 minutes away from Manchester Airport. I have a really close relationship with all my family and friends and I love to travel. I absolutely love sports from Football , Golf , NFL to F1 and I'm normally watching it with my family and friends wherever in the world we might be at the time. Having this huge passion for travel has allowed me to visit some of the most amazing destinations the world has to offer , like the USA, Caribbean, Maldives, Mauritius, Spain and many more. These experiences allow me, along with the expertise of our 100's of suppliers to really focus in on the heart of what you want for your next holiday with your family or friends. Whether it be a beach holiday, multi city break, cruising around the Caribbean, skiing down the 3 valleys of France or a once in a lifetime trip around the world. If it involves travel I'll do everything I can to make sure you can experience that memory making holiday.
The core of my business is you , my clients and I want to build a personal and approachable relationship with you so that we can have 1 to 1 chats, so I can find out everything I need to know about your holiday expectations. I can then go away and tailor a bespoke package personal to you which meets those expectations of your dream holiday because I don't want you to settle for anything less. My core values are care, loyalty and respect and I want to provide you my customers with the peace of mind that you are 100% protected and have confidence in booking with me. You will be able to rely on me to take care of all your holiday needs and be your point of contact whenever you need me, so your never feel you are on your own. This is why I don't operate a normal 9-5 day, if its 10pm at night or first thing in the morning I'll do everything I can to solve your issue or query as best and as quickly as possible.

We have just come home after an incredible holiday organised by Ben - our Travel Counsellor. The itinerary was complex, very different from how we have holidayed before but nothing was too much trouble.
Ben put together a Virgin Voyages cruise sailing the from San Juan to the Caribbean, Bahamas and terminating in Miami. The itinerary incorporated connecting flights, hotels, private transfers and the cruise package.
Every element of the journey was explicit through the myTC app, clear and easy to use including payments. He checked us into our flights, booked our seats, updated any flight changes, organised ESTAs and ensured we were happy at each stage. All we had to do was literally turn up!
What can we say, the personal service was second to none. Amazing and professional throughout, hence we won’t be using anyone else… This is the way forward for us for future holidays and travel.
I will definitely be recommending Ben to friends, colleagues and family for any vacation. It was reassuring that should we have had any problems/difficulties we had a direct number to Ben and wouldn’t have had to wait in long queues on hold to competitor travel companies. Going forward we wouldn’t trust our holidays with anyone else, and can’t wait to book the next one.

Absolutely amazing service from Ben. He listened to every thing we asked for and came up with a truly amazing deal, better than we had looked at. We could not miss out and so booked with him. He is so knowledgeable and even booked private taxies in line with all our flights and connections. Paper work came through swiftly and all was in good order. My girlfriend and I fancied a nice all inclusive holiday but had no idea where to start, so I contacted Ben and within a couple of hours he had various options for us, we decided to go with Mexico and from the second we booked the holiday until we arrived home after the actual holiday, the full process was completely effortless at our end. Ben sorted absolutely everything, his attention to detail and customer service was excellent throughout and replied to every query we had within minutes. We had a rather challenging sailing holiday brief for Ben. After a few questions to clarify our needs he very quickly delivered everything we were looking for and we have a very very exciting holiday booked. It starts with a city break before going aboard a private yacht sailing from Italy to Croatia. Ben was absolutely brilliant organising water taxis, hotel, airport transfers, multiple flights as well as the main sailing part of the holiday. He was a joy to deal with throughout

From my first contact with Ben, he has been so polite and engaging, listening to exactly my requirements for my upcoming girls golf trip to Florida.
