I just adore Spain, which I think started from my childhood from the fabulous family holidays we had but then I went on to study Spanish at School, College and then University where I spent each summer working a full season in the gorgeous sunshine. My Uni Placement was in a Spanish Travel Agency and then my first job after Uni was with Iberia Airlines where I spent 3.5 fabulous year and my career had only just begun. Fortunately for me, my parents have an apartment on the South Coast, so I get to spend a lot of time in Andalucia. Aside from Spain, I am a big skier and have had the pleasure of skiing in the Alps, Pyrenees, Sierra Nevada, Milky Way. I also visited an elephant sanctuary which was a beautiful and humbling encounter.My favourite place I have visited with my family so far is Santorini. It has to be the prettiest place I have ever seen and serves the most delicious cuisine. I would love to visit South Africa which I plan to do sometime in the near future.
