I love adding to my list with my own experiences and suggestions from friends. Hopefully you won’t need to test me, but I do come into my own when problems arise. I’ve helped friends, family and customers to get out of some tricky situations all over the world! This includes helping my customers when: trouble began in Syria, a credit card didn’t work in Sydney, mountain rescuers were needed in France, and when the nanny of one of my customer’s phoned in sick while she was skiing.
