I live in Innellan, Argyll, with my wife, 13 year old son, 2 cats and 2 gerbils, but hail from the Isle of Jura in the Inner Hebrides.I first found my love for travel when I was 20 years old and spent 6 months in New Zealand on a study tour as part of my college course. I got the bug! I then went on to travel around Australia and New Zealand again, with visits to the Cook Islands, Fiji, Hong Kong, and Singapore thrown in. After I met my wife, we set off on an almost 2 year adventure travelling extensively throughout America and Canada before ending up in New Zealand and returning home via Thailand.
