I love adding to my list with my own experiences and suggestions from friends. Hopefully you won’t need to test me, but I do come into my own when problems arise. I’ve helped friends, family and customers to get out of some tricky situations all over the world! This includes helping my customers when: trouble began in Syria, a credit card didn’t work in Sydney, mountain rescuers were needed in France, and when the nanny of one of my customer’s phoned in sick while she was skiing. I chose an exciting and interesting career 40 years ago. Originally I managed a couple of high street agencies before becoming a Travel Counsellor in 1996. I have worked for a major airline as cabin crew and had the chance to stay in a lot of exotic and wonderful places. I also worked overseas in Europe, as a children's rep and eventually became Resort Office Manager working in Florida & Barbados.I have travelled to USA, South Africa, the Maldives, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Japan, Dubai, New Zealand, Cook Islands, Fiji and most of Europe on educational trips, so have gained lots of inside knowledge which I will be more than happy to pass onto my clients.My own holidays have included cruising and so far I have sailed on quite a few different cruise lines, but am cutting back now as I have gained too much weight!I have just had an amazing road trip through California & Nevada and am looking forward to my next visit to USA.
